Full payment is due two weeks prior to your scheduled date. Reservations aren't confirmed until payment is received.

All sales are final and we don't offer refunds. If your event can't go ahead as planned, we're happy to help you find a suitable reschedule date, subject to availability.

Every package includes a lift ticket, rental equipment, and a Never Ever lesson — everything a first-time guest needs. Lunch can be added to any package for +$8 per person.

Ski & Snowboard groups need a minimum of 8 participants total, with at least 5 people per equipment type (ski or snowboard).Example:5 snowboarders + 3 skiers — doesn't qualify (the ski group is under 5)5 snowboarders + 5 skiers — qualifies, since both groups meet the minimum

Private Magic Carpet rentals are available Wednesdays and Thursdays (non-holidays only). There's no minimum number of skiers or snowboarders, and groups of up to 75 participants are welcome. Ski or snowboard equipment is required in the area, and rental is included in the flat fee.

Your group can choose between our complimentary Off Snow Educational Experience at no additional charge (covering things like binding education, ski patrol & lift evacuation, a behind-the-scenes area tour, and career paths in the ski industry) or rescheduling.

Every area rental includes full run of the base area: the base area buildings, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and deck.

Yes — a 3 hour scenic lift operation (Chair 4 only) can be added to any area rental for + $2,000.

Yes — Monday through Thursday summer rentals are available at a lower rate than weekends. Contact us at info@sandia.ski directly for weekday pricing.
