Resort credit is our way of giving you more during your visit! This credit is included with select tickets highlighted in red on the webstore when you book before 11:59 PM the day before your visit.

Credit can be used on the following during your visit:

- Food and non-alcoholic beverages

- Rental and retail gear

- Lessons if instructors are available for day of booking

Resort credit included with tickets expires after the day of your visit and cannot be applied towards future dates.

We never want to turn you away from a fun-filled day out on the slopes and we understand you may not always be able to plan ahead, however, during snow storms or holidays, the demand to ski at Sandia Peak is the highest. During these times, the price for a lift ticket may vary greatly and prices may increase rapidly. Our demand-based pricing is designed to manage the number of riders on the mountain on specific days to ensure you have the best time out on the slopes.

When planning your next visit, be sure to purchase your ticket well in advance for the biggest savings. If you arrive the day you expect to ski and have not purchased a ticket, please understand prices may be higher than the previous day. All ticket purchases may be exchanged for a credit up to 11:59 PM the night before your arrival.

Day of ticket purchases are dependent on the amount of people who pre-purchased a ticket. It’s always best to book your tickets online as soon as you decide on a day you would like to ski. This ensures you get the best deal available.

After making a purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your Sandia Peak account. Here, you’ll be able to select the products you’d like to exchange and view your purchase history instantly – no waiting and no emailing required.

You can change your lift ticket, lesson, or rental products anytime up to midnight (11:59 p.m MST) the night before your visit. Please note that if you forget or are unable to change your itinerary by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

There are no fees to change your items. Depending on the dates and products purchased, you may be asked to pay the difference if your new products cost more than your original.

Yes! You can use your credit for yourself or anyone else.

You can apply your credit to lift tickets, lessons, or rentals.

All credits must be used by April 30, 2026. If you are unable to use or share your credit by that time, your purchase costs will be forfeited.

Yes, you must have a valid lift ticket or season pass to access the mountain. No snow play is allowed at Sandia Peak Ski Area.

Reloadable cards are distributed at guest services daily throughout the season. Be sure to keep yours once you receive it! This card will automatically hold your lift ticket for every visit to our mountain for the season.

How to set up your reloadable card:

1. Grab a card at guest services.

2. Find the confirmation email sent to you upon your lift ticket purchase.

3. Click the “activate now” button.

4. Enter the pass number from the front of your card. It should be right below the barcode.

5. Enter the pin number located on the back of the card.

6. Click the activate purchase button.

Easy as that! Now you don’t have to stop at guest services again to get your lift ticket activated for the season.

With variable pricing, we only have full day tickets to purchase starting as low as $15 when you book ahead of time.

Our tickets, rentals, and group lessons are all purchased through the same store link. After selecting your day you wish to visit you will also be asked about rentals and lessons.

If you only wish to purchase a rental or lesson, remove the lift ticket after arriving to the check out in the webstore or visit the labels on the left side when you enter the store link on the tickets page.
