UPDATE: Chairs are officially sold out. Thank you to everyone who joined us! Since 1963, Sandia Peak’s Chair 1 has carried generations of New Mexico skiers up the mountain, holding countless memories along the way. It’s a huge part of our story, and now you can bring a piece of that legacy home.

This Labor Day weekend, we’re selling the original chairs from this historic lift! They make the perfect patio swing, garden bench, or piece of local art.

Dates: August 30th through September 1st

Time: 9 AM to 4 PM daily

Price: $750 per chair, or $500 with eligible 2025/26 season passes

Where: Sandia Peak Ski Area

Payment: Purchase with credit card, debit card, or cash. We will NOT accept checks.

Chair Dimensions: Chairs weigh 150+ lbs. The seat length is 43 inches, width is about 3 feet, and arm attachment length is 9.5 feet.

*2025/26 Season Passes eligible for discount include the Power Pass, Power Pass Select, Power Pass Core, or Weekday Power Pass. Proof of purchase is required on day of pickup. Only one discount per season pass.
